How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping rates for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart total. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost — no hidden fees.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
3. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- If possible, decline the package upon delivery and notify us immediately
- If already delivered, contact us as soon as possible with details and photos so we can assist
4. International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
If duties or taxes are refused and the package is returned:
- You will be refunded for the item(s) only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
